We believe passionately in the power and process of coaching to help clients achieve their goals and objectives providing them with a step by step approach and the ongoing support that they need. In support of this coaching approach we use a range of techniques including Myers Briggs Type Inventory, FIRO-B, 360 degree feedback and other tools for self assessment, NLP to create positive mental and physical states and Hypnosis to remove limiting beliefs and provide momentum towards achieving goals and objectives.
Our coaching approach
Our approach involves a number of stages;
1. Initial meeting
2. Diagnostics including:
- Myers Briggs
- 360 degree feedback
- and other bespoke tools to develop a “Current Competency Profile (CCP)”.
3. Identification of Goals and Objectives which are used to create a “Future Competency Profile (FCP)”.
4. The creation of a Coaching Action Plan (CAP) to provide a step by step process
5. A series of up to 6 coaching sessions to support the achievement of those Goals and Objectives. These will include a range of coaching techniques all of which are tried and tested and used by the best coaches in the world.
