Level 5 Certificate in Management Coaching and Mentoring

This distance learning qualification will allow you to gain an internationally recognised qualification in Management Coaching and Mentoring without taking time away from your busy career. The assignments are work-related so you can demonstrate to yourself and others how your learning is helping with your Personal Development as well as providing you with new knowledge, skills and competencies needed.

It consists of 3 modules of study and 3 work-related assignments.

The qualification is offered via tutor-supported distance learning through our own Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) for individual leavers. Organisations have options that include tutor supported distance learning, blended learning and full classroom delivery.
