Terms and Conditions of Booking or Enrolment on CMI Programmes
1. Cancellation
Your statutory right under the consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows seven working days from the date we receive the enrolment request or form in which to make a written request for cancellation. This can be by e-mail or letter. If you cancel within this period, we will return in full any fees you have already paid, less the refundable deposit incurred in some event bookings.
2. Fee Payments
Fees (CMI registration, courses, materials, events, assessments and qualifications) must be paid according to the payments schedule agreed. We will only register you for your chosen qualification with the CMI (Awarding Body) on receipt of your full payment or agreed first instalment. When payment has been agreed by way of an instalment plan, you agree to make the required payments on the dates agreed from the outset. In the event of a payment not being received, we reserve the right to withdraw our services and cancel your enrolment or booking. After enrolment, all fees paid are non-refundable. However, to demonstrate our confidence and reassure you of our commitment to you, we have a money back guarantee*. We promise that if for any reason you are unhappy with the level of service and support from us during the first month of your enrolment on a qualification with us, we will refund to you all fees you have already paid less the value of awarding body fees incurred. * To be requested in writing (e-mail or letter) to a Director, with details of how our service has not met your expectations; specifying events, dates and names of our staff as applicable.
3. Timescales for CMI qualifications
We will agree with you the schedule of Workshops, provision of course materials, assignment submissions and course completion dates. This is subject to the CMI maximum registration period.
4. General support and obligations
Developing Managers undertake to fulfil all features of the study programme agreed.
5. Plagiarism
If you are found guilty of plagiarism or submitting coursework which is not your own work, you will be removed from the course. Fees already paid will not be refunded, and any outstanding fees will remain due for payment.
