About the CMI Level 7 Leadership Coaching & Mentoring Qualifications
Delivered entirely online, the CMI Qualifications are divided into three levels, designed to cater for the differing needs of senior managers, they can be completed either progressively or all at once. Enrolment dates are flexible, allowing delegates to begin courses when it suits them.

The Award in Leadership Coaching & Mentoring: can be completed in 4 – 6 weeks
This introductory level is designed to provide you with an introduction to leadership coaching and mentoring skills.

The Certificate in Leadership Coaching & Mentoring: can be completed in 6-16 weeks
Designed to go further that the introductory level, the Certificate provides a broader knowledge of effective leadership coaching & mentoring skills essential for impacting the performance of individuals and teams.

The Diploma in Leadership Coaching & Mentoring: can be completed in 6 – 12 months
